I used to meet David every 6 months as a contractor where he worked, and i would always get the same big welcome, he always offered me a cup of tea and would ask me about how my running was going and how he would be attempting the Guy Fawkes 10 mile again, although each year he was taking longer to do it. He was always helpful and accomodating and a pleasure to work with and will be sadly missed. Alan. S
