I only met Dave maybe 2 or 3 times, but he left a lasting impression of a warm human being who had a lot of time for everybody. I have a vivid memory of sitting in his front room after a rain-soaked walk with steam evaporating up from my jeans as I dried myself off. It still makes me smile to think of the short but enjoyable times I spent in the presence of this man. Syd Meats
